Refund/Return Policy

At Starry Melody, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

  • All original tags and labels are attached.

  • The item is returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number) is provided.

  • Items that are marked as final sale (e.g., clearance items) are not eligible for return unless faulty.

2. Return Process
Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service team at starrymelody@outlook.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Once approved, securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the completed return form (if provided), and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  • Ship the return to the address provided in your return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

3. Refund Timeline & Method

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product. This ensures you receive the correct item promptly and can secure your preferred size or color before it sells out.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at starrymelody@outlook.com with your order number and photographic evidence. We will arrange a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., certain tops or undergarments)

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
