At Starry Melody, we carefully prepare and ship each order so your pieces arrive in perfect condition and with thoughtful care. Below, you will find all the information you need about our shipping options, timelines, and policies.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. At checkout, you may enter your address to confirm availability and view applicable shipping charges for your location.

Shipping Methods & Timelines
Once your order is processed and leaves our studio, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

Processing Time: All orders are handled and prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched from our facility. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier processing, or seasonal high volume, which are beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery address, the shipping method, and the total weight of your order. Any applicable taxes or duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient and will be calculated and collected at the time of checkout, or may be payable upon delivery in accordance with your local regulations.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. You may also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains items with different availability statuses, they may be shipped separately. You will be notified via email if your order is split into multiple shipments, and you will not incur additional shipping charges.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely. Starry Melody is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping charges will apply.

Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. For further details, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance and contact us immediately. For lost or delayed shipments, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will gladly assist you in initiating an inquiry with the carrier.
